At the same time, a resident of Panchsheel told that the Taliban inquire about his relationship with the previous government of Afghanistan. They snatch people's mobiles and check them. If they find a suspicious picture, they kill the person.

order not to cut beard

On Monday, barbers in the Taliban have been ordered not to cut beards. They say that this is against the Shariat. Indeed, the Taliban is re-implementing Islamic Sharia law in Afghanistan.
