Cruise Drugs Party Case 3rd Day: Strings of Cruise Drugs Case also connected with Gujarat, MP, and Delhi, NCB teams of all three states reached Mumbai; Mumbai Police also started investigation in the matter

The cruise drug party affair is now on the rise. Mumbai Police has also started an investigation into the matter. At the same time, along with Mumbai NCB, now NCB teams from Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat have also joined this investigation. These teams have reached the Mumbai NCB office with 4 people. They have been taken into custody. Their arrest has not yet been confirmed by the NCB. So far only 11 arrests have been confirmed. Among them, 8 people including Aryan have been arrested from Cruise, Shreyas, a friend of Arbaaz Merchant, 1 person from Jogeshwari, and 1 from Odisha.

8 accused including Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan is in the custody of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) till 7 October. At such a time, Shahrukh Khan is getting the support of the industry. Today they will be produced in the fort court for custody. NCB has also detained 8 staff of Cruise in the same case. They are accused of knowingly hiding party information. It is believed that some of them can be arrested today.

 

The accused had ordered drugs from the dark web, paid with bitcoin

During the interrogation of the paddler caught in this case, it has been revealed that he had received the order to supply drugs on the 'dark net' and the accused had paid the money in bitcoin. The 'dark net' is the dark world of the internet, where you can easily order everything from weapons to drugs online. In this, it is very difficult to track the order and delivery person. This is the reason why these paddlers have been caught by NCB 3 days after Aryan was caught.

The court said - objectionable material was found with the accused

Earlier on Monday, Additional Chief Magistrate R.M. Narlikar said that the NCB should verify the new objectionable material found against the accused. The court said that for this the presence of the accused in the NCB is necessary. On Monday morning, the NCB searched Cruise on his return to Mumbai in connection with the seizure of banned drugs.

 

Many important clues found from chatting

On Monday, the NCB produced Aryan and two other accused before a magistrate's court Monday after their one-day custody period ended. During this, NCB claimed to have got many clues from the chatting of Aryan's mobile and presented the chatting between the accused in the court. The NCB said that several code words have been used in the WhatsApp chat between Aryan and the other accused. During this, the NCB had demanded from the court to extend the custody of the three accused till October 11.

 

Aryan's lawyer said in the court - he can buy the whole ship if he wants

During the hearing, NCB gave information about the drugs recovered from the accused. Party organizers and paddlers were also mentioned. The question arose that there were 1300 people on the cruise, then why is action being taken against only a few people? Aryan's lawyer Satish Manshinde said – Khan (Aryan) did not go there to sell drugs, if he wanted, he could have bought the entire ship. If you have to investigate then there were 1000 people on the ship, check them too.

 

A medical test will be done once again before questioning

According to the rules, before further interrogation today, the investigating agency will once again conduct a medical test of all the accused. After this, there will be questioning in the NCB office. There will also be a spot investigation and recovery process, if necessary.
