Earthquake In Jaipur: Rajasthan shook by an earthquake 3 times in an hour, 4.5 recorded intensity; people on the streets

There were three earthquakes in Rajasthan's Jaipur city on Friday morning. According to the National Center for Seismology, the first quake occurred at 4.09 am and occurred at a shallow depth of 10 km. This was followed by a 3.1 magnitude earthquake at 4:22 am and a 3.4 magnitude earthquake at 4:25 am.

 

Many videos of the earthquake in Rajasthan are also going viral on social media. People came out on the streets at midnight.

People have come out of their houses and apartments after the tremors of the earthquake. Former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje tweeted that strong earthquake tremors have been felt in Jaipur. I hope you all are safe.

 

The earthquake occurred at around 4.09 am. According to NCS, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 km. The National Center for Seismology tweeted that the intensity of the earthquake was 4.4. Latitude: 26.88 and Longitude: 75.70, Depth: 10 km, Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

 

There is no report of any casualty or damage so far. The NCS said that earlier in the early hours of Thursday, an earthquake of magnitude 3.6 had occurred 61 km east of Nagopa in Mizoram. According to NCS, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 80 km.

 

This was followed by two earthquakes of magnitude 3.1 that hit the Rajasthan capital at 4.22 am and another of magnitude 3.4 at 4.25 am that shook the entire city, according to NCS data. The police control room said that no loss of life or damage to property has been reported.
