
On Wednesday evening, an exciting clash took place between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium during IPL 2026. Despite posting a total of 243 runs, MI suffered a defeat. SRH successfully chased down the target, scoring 249 runs for the loss of four wickets with eight balls to spare, thereby winning the match by six wickets. Orange Cap Update
Following the MI vs SRH match, the Orange Cap has once again returned to Abhishek Sharma. Abhishek scored 45 runs off just 24 balls against MI. Abhishek’s total run tally now stands at 425 runs from nine matches. In second place is SRH’s own wicketkeeper-batsman, Heinrich Klaasen. Purple Cap Update
