Along with him, a total of 6 teachers and 16 students have also been named by the police. They are accused of inciting railway candidates to create ruckus and demonstrations. On 30 November 2021 Khan sir put a video related to RRB-NTPC on his YouTube channel. In this, he has mentioned all the information related to the job. Along with pointing out the shortcomings of the recruitment board, he shared some pictures related to the farmers' movement and said, 'Students will have to run their campaign as long as the farmers' movement.' He has 25.77 lakh views on this video. This video has got 2 lakh 40 thousand likes. More importantly, there is not a single dislike in it.
In the video, Khan sir had accused the railways
Khan sir has made a series of videos on YouTube regarding RRB-NTPC results. In every video, he is raising questions on the railways regarding the problems of the students. In a video, he claims to have selected only 11 candidates in the preliminary exam results for 1 post on the railways. According to him, Railways has added only one candidate 4 times and has given him the result 20 times.
According to Khan Sir, 3 lakh 80 students who belonged to Intermediate were disqualified for further examination. He has told that the biggest problem related to railway examinations is not to remove the waiting list on the vacant posts of railways. He is also telling the reason for the vacancies in the railways. Raising the issue of students, Khan sir in his video accused the Railways of wasting 3 years of students.

After the FIR was registered, former Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi has said, 'No one has the right to violence and sabotage in the Constitution. Well, now the time has come when the government should talk about employment, otherwise, the situation can be worse than this. Cases against other teachers including Khan sir in the name of NTPC nuisance can inflame this undeclared youth movement even more.
Students' movement started in Bihar on 24 January
In many states including Bihar, students unhappy with the RRB-NTPC result of Railways started protesting on 24 January. Its maximum effect was seen in Bihar.
