Negi said, "We have a cricket team which consists of migrants from Uttarakhand. We participate in local level tournaments. I went to Vaishali to take medicines one day during the lockdown, then I saw that people are going to the hungry thirsty foot houses, after which our team decided to help them. '
He said, 'We were told by the police that thousands of laborers have been kept in a municipal school. All our friends raised money. Some local people also helped us. We made arrangements for the laborers staying in school to eat and drink for 3 consecutive days. We took help from the catering person in this. '
