New Delhi: A team from Uttarakhand, playing amateur cricket in the National Capital Region, helped the Indian captain Virat Kohli (Virat Kohli) as his friend by helping the migrant people suffering due to the lockdown. The members of this team named 'Uttarakhand Panthers' together provided food and water to thousands of migrants returning to their homes in Ghaziabad for 3 days, after which Kohli cheered them by sending a video message.

Kohli said in his message, 'Namaskar Uttarakhand Panthers, I saw your pictures from my acquaintances. You are doing a great job right now. There is no greater task than helping others, and it is a pleasure to see the passion with which they are doing this work. Keep working hard '

This entire team is very excited by Kohli's message. Narendra Negi, who gathered the entire team to help the migrants, said that a friend of his had sent these pictures to Kohli's wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma. Negi told 'Bhasha', 'I have a friend and he is familiar with Anushka Sharma. He sent pictures to Anushka and Virat, after which Kohli sent a video message to us. '

When this team named Uttarakhand Panthers came to know about the plight of the people returning to their homes, they made arrangements for food and water for them. Negi said, "We have a cricket team which consists of migrants from Uttarakhand. We participate in local level tournaments. I went to Vaishali to take medicines one day during the lockdown, then I saw that people are going to the hungry thirsty foot houses, after which our team decided to help them. '

He said, 'We were told by the police that thousands of laborers have been kept in a municipal school. All our friends raised money. Some local people also helped us. We made arrangements for the laborers staying in school to eat and drink for 3 consecutive days. We took help from the catering person in this. '
