North Korea said on Tuesday that additional sanctions would not halt its missile program, days after launching two medium-range ballistic missiles in what it called a "key" test for the development of a spy satellite.
Kim Yo Jong, the powerful sister of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, said in a statement carried by the official KCNA news agency that such a development is directly linked to the country's security.
