937 infected died

Maximum 300 in Maharashtra, 119 in Tamil Nadu, 101 in Karnataka, 89 in Andhra Pradesh, 63 in Uttar Pradesh, 52 in West Bengal, 23 in Delhi, 22-22 in Punjab and Gujarat, 16 in Madhya Pradesh, 13 in Jammu and Kashmir. , 12-12 in Telangana, Odisha and Bihar, 10-10 in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Uttarakhand, 9 in Haryana, 6-6 in Jharkhand and Assam, 5-5 in Tripura, Puducherry and Kerala, 4 in Goa, Chandigarh and Andaman. A record 6.64 lakh people were screened

Pune has the highest number of active corona infections in the country. Amidst ever-increasing cases, 3 Jumbo Covid Centers have been constructed in Pune. Each center has 600 oxygen beds and 200 ICU beds.

Of these, 66 thousand 834 people have been cured, while 1981 people have died. On Thursday, 95 thousand 737 samples were investigated in the state. In this way, a total of 28 lakh 93 thousand 424 samples have been tested in Uttar Pradesh so far.


One and a half lakh FIRs under Section 188


State Additional Chief Secretary Awasthi said that we are strictly following the Covid Guidelines. The police are constantly taking action against those who do not follow the rules. So far, a total of 1 lakh 74 thousand FIRs have been registered under Section 188. More than three and a half lakh people have been nominated. More than 66 thousand 600 vehicles have been seized and 59 crore 13 lakh rupees have been recovered during checking.
