Munawar Faruqui Detained: It seems that the police are keeping a close watch on the winners of 'Bigg Boss' these days. First, the police have fallen on Elvish Yadav and now Munawar Farooqui. Magalwar was taken into police custody at midnight. Munavwar was detained in the Hookah Parlor Raid case.

After the news of Munavvar being taken into custody came out, fans became worried for him. Comedians keep falling victim to small controversies. In such a situation, after his name surfaced in the Hookah Bar Raid case, fans started worrying about him. According to news agency ANI, Munawwar was detained along with 13 others. However, he was released after interrogation.

 

According to the information revealed, "Standup comedian Munawar Faruqui and others were seen smoking hookah. We also have the video of his act. We detained Munawar and others but later released them because the sections against them were non-bailable.

 

After the information was received by the police, a raid was conducted in the Fort area. He was told that nicotine was being used along with tobacco products, which is banned. Nine hookah pots worth a total of Rs 4,400 were found. All the people present there were tested, in Munawwar's test result came out positive. After this, he was allowed to leave from there.

 

These sections were imposed on Munawwar

Farooqui and others were booked under Section 283 (Danger or Obstruction in a public way or line of navigation), Section 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the IPC, including the Cigarettes and Tobacco Products Act.
