Because of the Punjab assembly elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party has sounded the election bugle. The party has made up its mind to enter the electoral fray on its own in all the seats of the state. However, the report that the party is getting from the Punjab wing is not encouraging. But still, the party is preparing to contest alone for the first time.

BJP team visited Punjab

A senior party leader told Amar Ujala that the report is received from the Punjab BJP is not encouraging. But still, the party does not want to leave any stone unturned for its better performance in the state. In this regard, a team of BJP visited the state regarding the election campaign in Punjab and discussed the preparation of the election strategy.

The team included Union ministers Hardeep Puri, Gajendra Shekhawat, and Meenakshi Lekhi, party general secretary Tarun Chugh and the party's Punjab in-charge MP Vinod Chavda. Apart from these, National Vice President Saudan Singh, National General Secretary, and Punjab in-charge Dushyant Gautam, Dr. Narendra Singh Raina, State President Ashwini Sharma, and senior leader Vijay Sampla were also present. All the leaders also held a meeting with the leaders from the state to the district level. After this, a meeting of the core committee was also held in which the strategy for the upcoming elections was discussed.

He further said that after the increasing factionalism in Congress, the party in the state seems to be getting little support from all sections as compared to earlier. In the last six months, more than five thousand social and political workers have joined the party, which shows that the inclination towards the BJP is increasing. But it is very difficult to say how much benefit it will give in elections. Because of the elections, the BJP has given guidelines to the workers to go among the public. After Diwali, the meeting of party organizations will start, in which the election strategy will be prepared. In the coming days, many central ministers including many big leaders of the party will also start an election tour here.

BJP will go to the polls with the slogan 'Nawaan Punjab BJP De Naal'

The Bharatiya Janata Party has sounded the election bugle in Punjab with the slogan 'Nawaan Punjab BJP De Naal' (New Punjab with BJP) on Thursday. The BJP has also given indications that it will fight alone on all the assembly seats amid opposition from farmer organizations. Union Water Resources Minister and Punjab's election in-charge Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has said that BJP will enter the elections with the resolve to make a prosperous Punjab free from drug abuse, mafia, and corruption.

He further said every section of Punjab will be given a political share in proportion to its population. The party has deployed its prominent leaders in all the seats. Work is going on to further strengthen the organization at the booth level in every seat. The Central Government has done historic work for Punjab and Punjabis in the last seven years. With this, BJP is going to enter the electoral fray. The doors and hearts of the central government are open for dialogue with farmer organizations on agricultural legislation. As much as it is the responsibility of the central government to initiate dialogue, it is equally the responsibility of the farmers' organizations.

BJP will go among the voters regarding these works

State BJP workers to get the 1984 rioters punished, construction of Shrikartarpur Sahib Corridor, eliminate black list, exclude langar from GST, give FCRA to Shri Harmandir Sahib, AIIMS in Bathinda, IIM in Amritsar, Sangrur, And the satellite center of PGI in Ferozepur, two new airports, new circuits of tourism, big infrastructure projects like many important works will go to the public. Apart from this, the BJP will open a front against the Congress government in Punjab on issues like drug mafia rule, corruption, the exodus of industries from the state, deteriorating law and order condition, rising unemployment, shabby economy, etc.
