Russia has fired 4,700 more missiles at Ukraine since February, claims President Volodymyr Zelensky

The war between Russia and Ukraine is going on for 10 months. Russia launched its first attack on Ukraine on 24 February. Since then till date, Russia has fired more than 4700 missiles at Ukraine. This information was given by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. In a video address on Sunday, President Zelensky said that Russia has used them forcefully in the attack on Ukraine. According to him, in 270 days of the war, Russia fired more than 4,700 missiles at Ukraine, which caused a huge loss of life and property.

Hundreds of cities in Ukraine were destroyed in these attacks. Thousands of people have died in the attacks, while millions have been forced to leave their homes and seek refuge in other cities and countries. More than three million Ukrainian citizens have taken refuge in neighboring countries because of Russia's attacks. Not only this, the people of the areas which were occupied by Russia were also forcibly sent to Russia. Those who did not listen to Russia were killed.

 

20 lakh people of the country in the dark

President Zelensky said that at present also about 20 lakh people in the country are forced to live in darkness without electricity due to Russian attacks. According to the report of Ukrayinska Pravda, since the beginning of Russia's attack, up to 100 missiles have been fired from Moscow in a single day. The country's power supply has been destroyed in these attacks. Emergency services have also been disrupted. Because of the danger of missile attacks and the damage caused by them, two reactors of Europe's largest nuclear power plant have been completely closed.

President Zelensky said that Russia has destroyed more than half of Ukraine's energy sector and systems in attacks. On the one hand, winters have started and the people here are being hit hard by the power supply shutdown in the country. The temperature is continuously falling. Due to Russian attacks blackout happens anytime. Now it has become a common thing here. Ukraine's energy bases are continuously being targeted by Russia.
