The entire Deol family arrived to watch Dharmendra's latest film, Ikkis, but his wife Hema Malini was noticeably absent.

The Deol family is still trying to cope with the loss of veteran superstar Dharmendra. In this atmosphere of grief, they came together for the screening of 'Ikkis', his last film. During the event, Sunny Deol looked quite emotional while posing next to his father's poster.

 

 

Sunny Deol's eyes welled up at the screening.

On Monday, when Sunny Deol arrived at the screening of 'Ikkis', he stopped to pose for the paparazzi with a poster of his father, Dharmendra. Before posing for the pictures, the actor was seen looking at the poster affectionately. Although he smiled for the cameras, his eyes appeared moist, indicating an emotional moment.

 

 

The entire Deol family attended the screening.

Bobby Deol also arrived at the screening with his wife, Tanya, and son Aryaman Deol. They were joined by their cousin Abhay Deol, and the entire family posed together near Dharmendra's poster. Another highlight of the evening was the arrival of Salman Khan, who was seen admiring Dharmendra's poster and then posing with it.

 

 

These Bollywood stars marked their presence.

Apart from the film's cast and crew, other stars who attended the screening included Tabu, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Rekha, Iulia Vântur, Manish Malhotra, and Genelia and Riteish Deshmukh.

 

Hema Malini was not seen.

While the entire Deol family and several Bollywood celebrities attended the screening of Dharmendra's last film, his second wife Hema Malini and daughter Esha Deol were not present.

 

 

About Ikkis

Directed by Sriram Raghavan, Ikkis is a biographical war drama based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal and focuses on the Battle of Basantar during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan war. The film stars Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan, and son of Shweta Bachchan, in the lead role, marking his debut film. Produced by Dinesh Vijan and Binny Padda, the film also features Jaideep Ahlawat, Dharmendra, Sikandar Kher, Vivaan Shah, and Simar Bhatia in important roles. This film also marks the Bollywood debut of Simar Bhatia, Akshay Kumar's niece. It is scheduled to be released in theaters on January 21.
