Nitin Gadkari said that we should create a society where no one is judged based on caste, gender, religion, or social status but based on their talent and contribution. The Union Minister said that now the world has changed and women should not feel limited based on their gender.

He suggested that this could be improved by following what is being done in countries like Spain, Austria, and Switzerland.
