A passenger train has been derailed in eastern Iran. According to the report on Iran's state TV, 4 coaches of the passenger train derailed on Wednesday. At least 10 passengers have died in this accident. More than 50 people have been injured. The condition of some of them is said to be critical. Officials feared that the death toll in the accident would rise.
An official said- Four out of seven bogies of the train derailed near the desert city of Tabas in Iran in the morning. The rescue operation is on. Ambulances and 3 helicopters are present at the spot. The injured have been shifted to the nearest hospital. The reasons for the accident are yet to be ascertained.
