Today is a big day for Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who is facing trial as the main accused in the Delhi Excise Policy scam. The bail plea is to be heard in the Supreme Court. However, the CBI has opposed Kejriwal's bail.

CBI will file its reply in the court today

Earlier in the last hearing, the court had refused to grant bail to the Delhi CM. On August 14, the court issued a notice to the CBI asking it to give its reply. Today the agency will file its reply in the court.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP News) earlier on Friday launched a new campaign about CM Arvind Kejriwal. The party said that Kejriwal would come out by breaking the walls of the dictator's prison. Like Manish Sisodia came. The party has also given a slogan: Manish Sisodia has come, Kejriwal will come.

Kejriwal now in custody in CBI case

On July 12, the Supreme Court granted interim bail to Kejriwal in the money laundering case and sent it to a larger bench for in-depth consideration of three questions on the aspect of the need for his arrest. But, being an accused in the CBI case, he is still in judicial custody.

It is worth noting that Kejriwal (Arvind Kejriwal Case) was first arrested by the ED on March 21 from the Chief Minister's residence in the money laundering case related to the scam. After which Kejriwal got bail from the Supreme Court.
