This was a big shock for the fans who were waiting for Hera Pheri 3 for the last 19 years. Now the news is coming that the makers of Hera Pheri have sent a legal notice to Paresh Rawal.
Recently, the news came that Paresh Rawal has been out of Hera Pheri 3. The reason for this was being told to be the creative difference between him and the makers. But through a recent post, Paresh Rawal clearly denied that he has no creative difference with the makers, he is leaving the film for some other reason.
Case filed against Paresh Rawal
Now the makers of Hera Pheri have sent a legal notice against Paresh Rawal for unprofessional behavior. According to Pinkvilla, Hera Pheri's producers, Cape of Good Films, have filed a case of Rs 25 crore for unprofessional behaviour.
According to reports, the producers had bought the rights of Hera Pheri from the stakeholders. Even all the debts on the film were repaid. The amount spent was in crores because the intention was to bring Hera Pheri to the big screen for the audience after 20 years. But the film has suffered a huge loss due to Paresh's unprofessional behaviour.
Paresh Rawal left the film in the middle of shooting.
It is further told that all the debts on the film were repaid by Cape of Good Films only when Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty, and Paresh Rawal agreed to do the third film of the franchise. The shooting of the film had also started, and the makers were shooting the announcement video. A lot of money was spent even in one day's shooting, and after Paresh Rawal backed out, the shoot was halted. This method is unprofessional and unfair.
The actor was charging three times more than the market value.
Everyone is angry with the way Paresh left the film. Why should a producer suffer losses due to the unprofessional exit of another actor. The makers have demanded compensation from Paresh for the loss. It is being said that Paresh Rawal had also signed the contract of the film and all his demands were also met. Not only this, the actor had also received the signing amount, which was also three times more than the market value.
