Most have suffered fractures due to being trapped in buildings. The number of casualties may also increase.
The Meteorology and Geophysics Agency said that a 5.6-magnitude earthquake occurred in Indonesia's capital Jakarta on Monday. The epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 km in Cianjur, West Java. However, no possibility of a tsunami has been expressed due to this.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) reported that the magnitude of the earthquake was 6.9. Its epicenter was 202 km southwest of South Bengkulu at a depth of 25 km. This was followed by another aftershock, whose magnitude was 5.4.
