Posted on 2nd Jun 2020 11:50 am by rohit kumar

New Delhi: Out of 100 pairs of trains started from June 1 across the country, 44 pairs of trains have been stopped at five stations in Delhi, in view of which the Northern Railway has issued a guideline for passengers coming to these stations. This guideline has been issued in view of the convenience and social distancing of passengers going to and from the station.

According to the agency report, people will not be allowed in the station premises without tickets. In addition, all passengers will have to cooperate in the investigation by following social distancing to enter the station. It is mandatory to bring mask and sanitizer before entering the station premises. Let us know what is the plan for in and out at the five stations of Delhi?

New Delhi Railway Station- Passengers can enter and exit from both sides Ajmeri Gate and Paharganj at New Delhi Railway Station. Bus distance will have to be maintained at the time of entry and exit. Let me tell you that earlier, passengers of AC train were getting entry from Ajmeri Gate to passengers of Paharganj and General Coaches.

Hazrat Nizamuddin - Entrants and Exits will be given from the main gate to the passengers coming to Hazrat Nizamuddin. Here the doors made from Sarai Kale Khan side will be closed for the passengers.

Old Delhi Railway Station - When the crowd increased at New Delhi station, many trains were shifted to Old Delhi station. There are two ways to go to Old Delhi Station. One is Chandni Chowk and the other is Kashmiri Gate. The railway has opened the door to Chandni Chowk, while the door with the Kashmiri Gate has been kept closed.

Sarai Rohilla - Two pairs of trains will pass daily from Sarai Rohilla, due to which the Railways have not changed its rules.

Anand Vihar Railway Station- Old entry and exit rules will be applicable for going to Anand Vihar railway station. Apart from this, Railways has kept two subways in reserve, in which entry can be made from one and exit from one.

Long queues remained - New Delhi railway station saw long queues of passengers on the first day. 15 pair special trains have been started here, due to which the crowd was more. However, crowds were less at other stations than in New Delhi.
