Meanwhile, Viktor Medvedchuk, a close aide of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has been arrested by Ukrainian intelligence agencies. President Volodymyr Zelensky also shared a photo of the arrested Medvedchuk on social media. According to media reports, Ukraine's opposition leader Medvedchuk was placed under house arrest on a treason case before the Russian offensive began, but disappeared soon after the war broke out.
