Chief Minister Yogi gave instructions regarding Eid: Said to the officers - talk to religious leaders, do not organize religious events by stopping the road

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the officers regarding Eid, Parashuram Jayanti, and Akshaya Tritiya to ensure that all the festivals are held in peace and harmony, keeping in mind the local needs, all necessary efforts should be made.

 

He said that because of the present environment, the police administration will have to be extra sensitive. The Chief Minister said that religious programs, worship, etc. should be held at the designated place only. Make a dialogue with the religious leaders and ensure that no religious event takes place by disrupting the road, and traffic. He gave these instructions in a meeting with the officers on Monday. He also reviewed the situation of Corona in the state in a meeting with Team-9.

Chief Minister Yogi said that due to the successful implementation of the policy of Track, Test, Treat, and Vaccination, effective control of Covid remains in Uttar Pradesh. At present, there is a total of 1621 active cases in the state. In this, 1556 people are getting health benefits at home. Continuous monitoring should be done on their health.

 

He said that so far 31 crores and 50 lakh doses of the Covid vaccine have been administered in Uttar Pradesh. While more than 11 crores 15 lakh Covid tests have also been done. The entire population aged 18+ have received at least one dose of the vaccine, while 88.72 percent of adults have received both. In the 15 to 17 age group, more than 95.3 percent of adolescents have received the first dose and 67 percent of adolescents have received both. In the age group of 12 to 14, more than 63 percent of children have got the vaccine, and they have started to be given the second dose. Immunization of children and booster doses for adults need to be intensified.

 

193 new patients were found in 24 hours

 

In the last 24 hours, 193 new cases were confirmed in the entire state, including 66 in Gautam Budh Nagar, 36 in Ghaziabad, 21 in Lucknow, 18 in Meerut, and 17 in Kanpur Nagar. In the same period, 159 people also became healthy. In districts where more cases are being received, it has been made mandatory to wear face masks in public places. The number of tests needs to be increased. Continue the work of genome sequencing.

 

Chief Minister Yogi directed that all the hospitals and medical colleges should inspect the fire fighting arrangements so that no damage is caused due to fire incidents. This work should be done by running an immediate campaign in the entire state. There is also information about tragic incidents of fire in crops. Take special care in this regard. All fire stations should be functioning properly.

 

'Chief Minister's Health Fair' is proving to be meaningful

 

Chief Minister Yogi said that 'Mukhyamantri Arogya Mela' is proving to be meaningful for easy availability of health facilities and services in the villages. Last Sunday, about 1.63 lakh people took advantage of the Arogya Mela. More and more people should be benefited from the Arogya Melas being organized at the primary health centers.

 

The arrangement should be maintained in all the cow shelter sites. There should be proper arrangements for green fodder, straw, etc. Wheat harvesting is going on these days. In such a situation, this is the right time to purchase straws for animal feed. Arrangements should be made to keep the cows safe from heat or the sun. Efforts should be made to establish one model cow shelter each with a capacity of 2000-2500 cows at the block level.
