Delhi NCR Weather: Pleasant weather in Delhi, many areas of the capital are drenched with light showers

The weather has taken a turn in Delhi NCR. The clouds that had been hovering since Saturday morning started raining by noon. The weather became pleasant with light showers of rain in many areas. At the same time, there are still dark and dense clouds in many areas. The Meteorological Department has predicted moderate to heavy rain.

 

It is known that the people of Delhi were waiting for the rain for the past several days. In such a situation, the rain has given them a lot of relief. The Meteorological Department has said that not only today but for the next few days there are continuous rains in Delhi.

 

According to Mahesh Palawat, Chief Meteorologist, Skymet Weather, at present, the axis of the Monsoon trough remains over central India. However, part of it is moving north. In such a situation, there is a possibility that by next week the axis will reach completion in the north direction, due to which good rains are expected. Intermittent rain will continue at some places in Delhi till July 20.
