"I offer my respect to all the teachers on behalf of my daughter. Since childhood, her dream was to become a doctor. You were the guiding force behind that dream and we stood by her as her parents. She also worked very hard. But I believe it was because she had good teachers like you that she could fulfill her dream of becoming a doctor."
I hope for justice for my daughter...
According to the Times of India report, the victim's mother said that by honoring all the teachers on Teachers' Day, I hope for justice for my daughter. Earlier, the victim's family joined the protest at RG Kar Hospital and accused the police of trying to extort money from them while they were crying and sitting with the remains of their daughter's body.
The deceased trainee doctor's aunt had said that the police were extorting money while the daughter's body was lying in front of the parents at home, is this the humanity of the police?
