Rahul Gandhi had reached Sultanpur court to appear in the defamation case of 2018. Sultanpur MP MLA court granted him bail and he left for Amethi. After this, summons were issued thrice to appear. On the last appearance date (January 18), senior advocate Kashi Prasad Shukla had filed the Vakalatnama on behalf of Rahul.
