Given the severe heat, Delhi's Deputy Governor VK Saxena has ordered paid leave for laborers and workers from 12-3 pm.

 

The LG has criticized Delhi Chief Minister Kejriwal or his ministers for not taking any steps for the "Summer Heat Action Plan" even in such extreme heat.
