Israel-Hamas War The Israel-Hamas war has completed one month today and there is no sign of it stopping yet. The Israeli army has intensified its bombardment on the Gaza Strip to eliminate Hamas. Meanwhile, last night the Israeli Army made a big claim saying that it has cut the Gaza Strip into 'two parts'.

 

Gaza divided into two parts

According to an Al Jazeera report, Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari said that we have surrounded Gaza City and divided Gaza into two parts. Now there is a Southern Gaza and a Northern Gaza. He said soldiers have reached the beach and have surrounded the area.

 

Meanwhile, Chief of the General Staff LTG Herzi Halevi said during a meeting at the Northern Command that the IDF is ready to attack northern Gaza "at any moment."

 

America intensified efforts to stop the war

After the news of Gaza being divided into two parts, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Sunday made his diplomatic efforts to stop the Israel-Hamas war. Blinken tried to reassure Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas that the Biden administration was stepping up its efforts.

 

He also talked about taking steps to ensure that the citizens of Gaza are not harmed.

 

Blinken then reached Baghdad to meet Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani. Blinken discussed Iraq's attack on US forces in Syria and stopping aid to Hamas.
